[2015 Highest 3744] On March 22, 2015, the Defendant posted a letter to the victim I who had access to the “HPC site” located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, to the “purchase of a monitc book” and sent a photo of a Kakao Kao Kao Kao Professor to sell a 600,000 won monc book, and made a false statement.
