This is a crime falling under Article 109 (1) and Article 36 of the Labor Standards Act, which cannot be prosecuted against the victim's will expressed in accordance with Article 109 (2) of the Labor Standards Act.

According to the written agreement submitted to this court, the victim can recognize the fact that he/she withdraws his/her wish to punish the defendant after the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
