1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 12, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. Claim amounting to KRW 60,000,000 on June 26, 2010 and KRW 30,000,000 on July 26, 201, which the Plaintiff leased to the Defendant as to the indication of claim, and damages for delay thereof.
