1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 43,127,817 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 15, 2017 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff' and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'). 2. Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment by service by public notice) is based on the grounds.
