The Defendant was a person who served as the chief lighting officer in the “E-Age Club” on the fifth fifth floor of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Building, and F was a person who served as a regular manager of business, and the said age club was taken over to the victim G around the end of March 2012.

The Defendant and F: (a) as F did not receive the settlement of investment funds from all business owners of the above age club and the ownership was transferred to the victim, the Defendant and F conspired to steals the sound equipment installed in the above age club and sell it.

Accordingly, at around 05:00 on April 7, 2013, the Defendant and F, using the key owned by F, operated the elevator connected to the said club inside the said club, and entered the said club by using it, and at least 1, 1, c, c, c, and c, 3 c, and 1 microf, which are installed in the waiting room, carried in the said club, and in advance, carrying in the H car parked in front of the said club.

As a result, the Defendants committed a theft of the total amount of KRW 50 million owned by the victim.

The following conditions are comprehensively taken into account the sentencing conditions in the records, such as the defendant's age, occupation, sex, family relation, and circumstances before and after the crime, etc.
