If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

At around 02:30 on October 1, 2016, the Defendant committed assault, such as: (a) the victim D (30 Do)’s face at one time by hand, on the ground that the Defendant and the victim’s work partner E, would not cross each other; and (b) the victim’s face f, who drives a vehicle with the victim’s face on the vehicle, was called “flagrant in the act of drinking,” and the victim f, who gets on the vehicle, took a video image with a cell phone, prevented the above vehicle from driving on the vehicle; (c) prevented the victim from driving on the vehicle; (d) prevented the victim from driving on the vehicle; and (e) prevented the victim who was on the front line of the vehicle, and (e) prevents the victim from driving on the vehicle; and (e) assault the victim by taking one time the victim’s face at one time; and (e) destroying the victim’s bridge beyond the floor by walking the victim’s bridge.

As a result, the Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, such as the cutting of a pelto, the right side, and the cutting of a pelto, which require treatment for about 42 days.
