A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months and by imprisonment for ten months.

[Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three months for a violation of the Chemicals Control Act in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on December 21, 2016, and on July 7, 2017, the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for the same crime and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 11, 2017, and the execution of the said sentence was completed in the Ansan Prison on February 8, 2018.

Despite the fact that no person takes in, inhales, or possesses for this purpose any chemical substance prescribed by Presidential Decree, which causes smoking, hallucination, or anesthesia (hereinafter referred to as “hic substances”), the Defendants inhaled, on August 14, 2018, in a vinyl paper in which four scinates, a hallucinogenic substance, were in possession of four scinant substances, and inhaled, respectively, in a vinyl paper in which he/she was in possession of four scinant substances, within the building D in the Sinung City Building C. < Amended by Act No. 15048, Aug. 14, 2018>

[Defendant B] On September 16, 2018, around November 11, 2018, the Defendant entered the top point of “G” for the operation of the victim F on the first floor of the E building E, and displayed in the display stand the gap of his employee’s surveillance. On September 16, 2018, the Defendant occupied the victim’s possession by using a brush (four entry), a brubbbbb bamboo, a small machinery station, a brub, a 1 unit, a frub bag (100), a crub bag (10), a fruck-cream (10), a frubbus bean (1), a stre-energyed energy unit, a free time zone, and a b9,000 won in total at the market price of 29,000,000 won in front of a plastic container, and made it out of the form of theft.

[Defendant B] On November 7, 2018, around 03:07, Defendant 2018, at the first floor of HA in Sinung-si, the first floor of the HA building I, “J convenience store” was stolen by three substitute ship boxes containing the victim K, and was recorded in the list of crimes in the attached Form, as shown in the list of crimes.
