With respect to this case, in the first page of the judgment rendered by the court on May 23, 2013, the Supreme Court rendered a judgment of the court on March 28, 2013.

Reasons

Since there is an obvious clerical error in the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Regulations on Criminal Procedure.
