The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CSP car.

On February 13, 2018, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 04:40 on February 13, 2018, while driving the road in front of the E in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu along the speed of the road from the northbu District Court to the northbu District Court of Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall accurately operate the steering system, brakes and other devices of his/her motor vehicle, shall not drive his/her motor vehicle at a speed or in such a manner as to inflict any danger and injury on others, depending on the road conditions and the structure and performance of his/her motor vehicle, and have a duty of care to properly report the traffic situation and prevent accidents from being delayed.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and received E favorable treatment beyond the right-hand side of the progress direction by mistake.

Defendant 1 caused another risk, such as destroying and damaging property equivalent to KRW 28,750,00,000 in the estimate of the user’s repair cost by occupational negligence as above and leaving the site without taking any measures, thereby hindering the smooth flow of other vehicles on the road.
