A. The plaintiff is the plaintiff's apartment of this case with not more than 118 households, Dong-dong, Pakistan-si.

As to the instant apartment building construction contract, the following construction contract was made with the Defendant. The construction name: the contract price for the construction project for the racker part of the window string and outer wall racker part: 35,250,000 construction period; from April 15, 2016 to May 16, 2016, the racker repair work for the instant apartment building outer wall was not in accordance with the specifications submitted by the Defendant; thus, the racker occurred due to the failure of the racker repair work for the instant apartment outer wall; and accordingly, the racking work for the pre-existing apartment unit has been leakageed by a corridor and a part balcony. The racking construction work for the instant apartment unit has not removed the modified racker unit outside the window of the pre-household unit as presented by the Defendant at the time of the contract, without cleaning it, caused a defect in the shape of the pre-existing apartment unit to be repaired and damaged by the Defendant without any defect in the shape of the reconstruction unit.

D. As above, the cost of repairing defects for the pre-existing generation of the instant apartment in order to execute the construction as above requires a sum of KRW 25,044,164, and KRW 33,872,56,00,000,000,000 for the cost of external calcing construction, and KRW 58,916,730,00,000 for the total of KRW 58,916,730 for the cost of external calcing construction. 2. The assertion and judgment

A. The plaintiff asserts that, in lieu of the claim for repair of defects, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff 58,916,730 won with 15% interest per annum from the day following the delivery of the complaint to the day of full payment.
