1. The defendant is not less than 3570 square meters in relation to the plaintiffs, Hongcheon-gun G, Hongcheon-gun.

(a) Appendix 17, 18, 6, 7, and 17, respectively.

Reasons

1. Determination as to the cause of claim

A. In full view of the facts of recognition as Gap's evidence Nos. 1, 2, 4, and 5 and the result of a request for surveying and appraisal to the head of the Gangseo-gu regional headquarters of the Korea National Land Information Corporation in the Republic of Korea, and the overall purport of the pleadings by this court, the plaintiffs completed the registration of co-ownership transfer on the ground of "Sale on March 12, 2015 (each share of the plaintiffs A78/3570, Plaintiff B, 794/3570, Plaintiff C, 738/3570, Plaintiff D, 630/3570, Plaintiff E, and Plaintiff E, 630/3570, Plaintiff E, and 630/3570, Plaintiff E, which are adjacent to the land of this case."

A) The fact that the Plaintiff owns a house with two stories above the ground and the Plaintiff’s ground. However, on the ground of the attached Table 17, 18, 6, 7, and 17, which is located near the boundary of the land adjacent to the instant land, a warehouse is located on the ground of the attached Table 17, 18, 6, 7, and 17, which is located in the order of each point, and on the ground of 0.8 square meters in the part (Ga) of the attached Table 21, the purification tank facilities, and on the ground of 0.4 square meters in the same section of 21, the purification tank facilities, and on the ground of 1.1 square meters in the same map, groundwater facilities are installed on the ground of 24, 25, 9, 10, and 24 square meters in order to each point of (Ga) of the adjacent land of the instant land, and on the ground surface of 23, each of which is connected with each point of the same map indicating.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant as the disposal authority for each of the above buildings or structures, and as the possession of each of the above buildings or structures possessed by the defendant, and thereby hindering the exercise of the plaintiffs' rights to the land of this case. Thus, the defendant shall remove and remove the above buildings or structures from the plaintiffs, barring special circumstances.
