2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On April 16, 2009, the Defendant concluded an insurance contract with C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “C”) indicated in the attached list as the insured (hereinafter referred to as the “instant insurance contract”).

B. During the period from June 5, 2009 to April 8, 2014, the Defendant received hospital treatment for 597 days in total as indicated in the table 1, and received KRW 25,410,000,000 as the insurance money related to each of the above hospital treatment under the insurance contract of this case.
