A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and two months, and by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, respectively.

(competence) in the branch court of Suwon District Court on March 29, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the astronomical Prison on January 24, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

- At the CMoel DNA room as set out in paragraph 1, approximately 0.03g of philophones which were in possession of a disposable injection machine for the purpose of medication were dilutiond with aquatic water, and administered philophones by means of injection to the Defendant’s blood cells.

2. Defendant B

(a) No person other than a person handling narcotics, etc. shall possess, possess, use, transport, control, import, export, manufacture, prepare, administer, administer, give or receive, trade, assist in trade of, or provide psychotropic drugs;

1) On September 12, 2019, around 16:15, the Defendant possessed a disposable injection device containing approximately 0.1g of philopon, which was administered by A, for the purpose of medication, at the YD room at YD around 16:15, the Defendant possessed one philopon.

B) On September 13, 2019, the Defendant entered the foregoing paragraph (a) around 14:00.
