On January 2014, the Defendant came to know of the victim C (17 years of age, women) at Internet car page mainly used by the same-sexs, and met the above victim through the above carpet group three to four times.

2. 성폭력범죄의처벌등에관한특례법위반(강간등치상) 피고인은 2014. 6. 11. 13:00경 서울 성북구 E에 있는 다른 손님과 격리되어 있는 일명 ‘F’에서 피해자를 만나, 갑자기 앉아 있는 피해자의 무릎 위에 올라간 후 오른 손으로 피해자의 목을 조르며, 피우던 담배를 피해자의 좌측 목에 3회 비볐다.
