1. The defendant shall pay 34,450,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from April 10, 2020 to the day of complete payment.
According to the evidence evidence Nos. 1 and 2, the Plaintiff processed and supplied semiconductor equipment parts to the Defendant from March 2019 to June 30, 2019, and the Defendant paid KRW 19,000,000 out of the total price of the goods to the Plaintiff.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 34,450,000 won for the remaining goods (54,450,000 won - 19,000,000 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 10, 2020 to the date of complete payment, as requested by the plaintiff.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
