All of the instant appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
The claimant does not point out legitimate grounds for retrial against the decision of the Constitutional Court where the appeal is not allowed, and continues to appeal against the decision of the Constitutional Court, which constitutes abuse of the right to request an adjudication on constitutional complaint.
Therefore, the appeal of this case is unlawful, and it is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
