However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Defendant

A is a person who operates "D" located in Incheon C 8th floor, and is known to Defendant B and is within the city of peace.

1. No person who accused B shall arrange, induce, induce or compel sexual traffic;

Nevertheless, when the Defendant left his contact address in the part-time public relations writing related to women in the website of "E", and received a request from an unsatisfyer who was connected to it to arrange for a business trip, the Defendant was willing to arrange sexual traffic by introducing the foreign women employed by him from the above A to the place of sexual traffic designated by the unsatisfyer.

On July 6, 2019, the Defendant: (a) borrowed from the above A to F and G, a foreign female, and tried to arrange commercial sex acts in the middle of the Hemotour at the time of interest in the city designated by the above winners of the name; (b) but (c) attempted to arrange commercial sex acts in the middle of the Simotour. However, the Defendant did not make a report on the purchase of the sex but failed to do so.

2. Defendant A

(a) No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall employ any foreigner who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;

Nevertheless, from June 10, 2019 to July 5, 2019, the Defendant employed a foreigner F and G who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment in the Republic of Korea.

B. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) by allowing foreign female F and G to be used, even though he/she knows that he/she conducts commercial sex acts as a broker for a business trip, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
