1. The Plaintiff:

A. Defendant C and D indicated in attached Form 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 57, among the forest E 7,860 square meters in the following cities:

Reasons

1. On July 11, 2016, the Plaintiff purchased 7,860 square meters of E Forest land (hereinafter “instant land”) from Defendant B on the same day, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the same name. Defendant C and D currently have no dispute over the removal of the instant land between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff, taking into account the following facts: (a) in the ship connecting each point of the attached Table 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 60, 61, and 52 of the land in this case, which are located in the line of 83 square meters above ground bricks and slabs of the multi-story roof; and (b) in order to successively connect each point of 62,63,64,665,67, 68, 69, 70, and 62, and each of the above items, and (c) in relation to the removal of cement block and 52 of the instant land.

2. 그에 따르면 피고 C, D은 아무런 권원 없이 이 사건 토지 중 위 각 해당 부분을 점유하고 있다고 할 것인바, 원고에게, 위 ㈀ 부분 83㎡ 지상 벽돌조 슬래브지붕 단층주택과 ㈁ 부분 58㎡ 지상 시멘트 블록조 창고 및 닭사육장에서 퇴거할 의무가 있고, 피고 B은 원고와의 약정에 따라 위 ㈀ 부분 지상 벽돌조 슬래브지붕 단층주택과 ㈁ 부분 지상 시멘트 블록조 창고 및 닭사육장을 철거하고, 이 사건 토지 중 같은 별지 표시 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 41의 각 점을 순차로 연결한 선내 ㈏ 부분 731㎡를 인도할 의무가 있다.

3. As to this, Defendant C and D alleged to the effect that they were permitted to live in the above multi-story housing until Defendant C died, the former owner of the instant land. However, even if Defendant B, who was the former owner of the instant land, obtained such permission, they may oppose the Plaintiff.
