On May 9, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for one year at Seoul High Court for general building and fire prevention, and the judgment was finalized on May 17, 2013, and is currently suspended.

On September 16, 2013, the Defendant was indicted to the Seoul Northern District Court for a charge of interference with the business of the victim’s his/her father and wife C, etc., and was released from the charge of fine of KRW 7,00,000 on November 27, 2013, and later the date of the appellate court sentenced on March 13, 2014.

At around 13:00 on March 2, 2014, the Defendant found the convenience store operated by the victim E (the 58 years of age, F) in the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and demanded the victim to deliver a written agreement instead of the victim’s his/her his/her his/her his/her his/her father in order to submit the judgment on the Defendant’s obstruction of business, but the victim was refused to submit the written agreement, thereby making the victim submit a false written agreement. The Defendant threatened the victim with the victim, “I will bring the knife and knife without making the written agreement,” “I will bring the knife and knife the knife”, “I knife the person in charge, knife the person in charge,” “I knife the person in charge, knife the person in charge,” and “I knife the patient out of the convenience store for 25 minutes of convenience.”

As a result, the defendant threatened the victim with the purpose of submitting false data in connection with his criminal case trials, and at the same time interfered with the convenience store business of the victim by force.
