1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from December 25, 2015 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment with no applicable provisions of Acts (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. The agreement ratio is null and void to the extent exceeding 25% per annum, which is the highest interest rate prescribed by the foregoing Act pursuant to the Interest Limitation Act on Part of the Dismissal, and thus, the Plaintiff’s claim for payment of interest in excess thereof
