1. Defendant B terminated the consignment management contract on May 4, 2019 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

A. As to Defendant B and C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
(b) Against Defendant D: Judgment made by deemed confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act)
3. The grounds for partial dismissal of the instant consignment management contract include: (a) where “B” is delinquent for not less than three months under the instant consignment management contract, only if “A” with a grace period of not less than two months and demands implementation two times or more, the contract may be terminated. It is reasonable to deem that a delay liability for unpaid amounts until May 2019 arises from June 1, 2019; and (b) the statutory interest rate of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is amended.
