With respect to the instant case, the instant court executed the said sentence in the fourth sentence of the judgment sentenced on March 17, 2017.

Reasons

Since there is an obvious clerical error in the above judgment, it shall be decided ex officio pursuant to Article 25 (1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure and it shall be decided as per the order.
