【Criminal Facts】

1. In the case of a clan which is a non-corporate group, Defendant A and B are examined by private documents, such as the rules, minutes, etc. without filing any public report or certification document, and Defendant A used the same fact as members of the D text, Defendant A prepared the rules, minutes, and sales contract without qualification, and used them to make a false registration of transfer of land owned in the above sentence under the name of Defendant B, and conspired to acquire loans from financial institutions as security.
