However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the operation of Bone Star Car.

On July 14, 2016, the Defendant driven the above car on July 16:48, 2016, and proceeded one lane between the two-lanes in front of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education from the south-do Office of Education to the Seosan Middle Middle School.

However, there is a signal that only green, yellow, and red three-dimensional lights are installed, and there is no other sign that allows non-protection lines or U-turns, so a person engaged in driving duties has a duty of care to drive safely according to good faith.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and was driven by the victim D (year 24) who was in progress according to the green signal from the opposite line due to negligence on the left-hand turn to the green signal, and received the front wheels of the victim D (year 24) as the front door part of the said car.

The Defendant suffered injury to the victim by negligence in the course of performing the above duties, such as an influence to the right part, which requires approximately 12 weeks of treatment.
