The Defendant operated the “C” business with 4 service rooms and 1 shower rooms on the first floor of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and employed D as female employees.

From July 14, 2014 to July 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) provided the service room by receiving KRW 80,00 from a male guest with no name, and (b) provided guidance to the service room; and (c) provided D with a man’s sexual organ in his/her hands, and (d) provided D with a business of arranging sexual traffic.
