A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who manufactures, processes, and distributes salt as general food under the name of “D” and other products while operating a mutually agreed food manufacturing and processing business entity “C” in the racing-si.
