1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 48,985,057 and KRW 47,225,843 among them.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (by public notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed the Plaintiff; and (b) “debtor” shall be deemed the Defendant.
