1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from October 22, 2004 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: The plaintiff's second suit for the extension of the prescription period of a final and conclusive judgment (Seoul Southern District Court Decision 2004Da67879 delivered on December 7, 2004) against the defendants; and
2. Defendant A and C: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act), Defendant B: Judgment of deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
