The sentence of the court below is too unreasonable.

Judgment

The fact that the defendant recognized the crime of this case and reflects on the fact that the crime of this case and the crime of this case are concurrent crimes under the latter part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act does not change any circumstance that is favorable to the defendant, and even if examining various sentencing conditions such as the circumstances of the crime of this case and the circumstances after the crime, it cannot be deemed that the sentence of the court below is unfair because it goes beyond the scope of discretion.

Therefore, the defendant's assertion is without merit.

In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
