1. The Defendants, on September 1, 1974, filed with the Plaintiff with the Gwangju District Court 200m2 in relation to Jinsu-si Jin-si 396m2.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff, as the owner of the land indicated in the text, was the owner of the land indicated in the claim, and the sales contract between the deceased and L, which was the cause of the provisional registration as to the above land, was rescinded, or the claim for ownership transfer by the deceased under the above sales contract expired by prescription. As such, the Plaintiff, as the owner of the land indicated in the text, requested the Defendants, the deceased’s heir, to implement the procedure for the registration of cancellation of the provisional registration.
