1. The defendant shall pay 7,069,003 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from January 9, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
1. On July 1, 2016, the Defendant with the indication of the claim: (a) leased the rent of KRW 2,200,000 monthly rent of KRW 20,000 (separate 2,10,000) from the Plaintiff among the five-story neighborhood living facilities located in Gwangju Mine-gu (hereinafter “instant building”); and (b) delayed the rent and management expenses from September 1, 2017; (c) on April 10, 2019, the rent and management expenses in arrears were 27,069,03 won due to the delivery of the instant building; (d) if the lease deposit was deducted from the deposit, the lease deposit and overdue rent and management expenses would remain 7,069,003 won due to the deduction of the lease deposit.
