A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Ⅰ. All Facts
1. On February 191, the Defendant: (a) graduated from the Department of Machinery and Engineering of the Korea University; (b) worked as an employee from around that time to January 2001; (c) currently works for the real estate brokerage business in the House of Real Estate Agents in Seongbuk-si (the Defendant’s wife). On April 18, 2002, the Defendant joined the Internet Port Site “G” and “H” as an undisclosed member of the Internet Port Site’s “H,” and (d) opened an online Cafe-I’s activities for the purpose of “EM-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U-U.
