On April 9, 2018, at around 00:03, the Defendant driven a 8km car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.096% in blood while under the influence of alcohol leveling to approximately 0.096% in front of the general commercial road located in the 388-2, Singu, Seopo-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
