Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
No person who has not registered a driving school shall display or advertise a trade name using any name similar to that of a driving school, etc. for motor vehicles.
Nevertheless, around 15:00 on July 3, 2018, the Defendant did not register a driving school on the front road located in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, but advertised the leaflets, stating “Specialized Driving Schools for Designation of the National Police Agency, Specialized Driving Schools for Driving Motor Vehicles, Counseling Regulatorys, and Department A,” to many and unspecified persons.
