1. The Defendants: (a) Defendant B, C, and D with respect to each of the Plaintiff KRW 3,00,000; and (b) Defendant E, from November 19, 2010, respectively.
1. The following facts of basic facts do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by comprehensively taking into account the following facts: Gap evidence 2, Gap evidence 5, Gap evidence 6, Gap evidence 13, Gap evidence 15-1 through 4, Gap evidence 25, Gap evidence 4-1 to 14, Gap evidence 21-1 to 27, and Gap evidence 21-27.
The plaintiff is a medical specialist who operates the I draft department in Ansan-si H (hereinafter referred to as the "instant hospital").
B. On August 6, 2010, Defendant B received from the Plaintiff the removal of the inside of the margin and the insertingment of artificial inseminations (hereinafter “instant surgery”), Defendant C, D, E, and F are children of Defendant B, and Defendant G is the fraud of Defendant B.
C. After undergoing the instant surgery, Defendant B complained of the pain on the left-hand eye of the surgery, and re-exploited the instant hospital on August 9, 2010. On the same day, the Plaintiff immediately sent Defendant B to a single university hospital upon discovery of information infection in the inside-gu of the left-hand eye of the surgery performed by Defendant B.
Defendant B was hospitalized in a single university hospital, but was judged to be the real name of the Gu on October 15, 2010.
마. 피고들은 2010. 9. 17.경부터 2010. 10. 12.경까지, 2010. 10. 15.경부터 2010. 10. 28.경까지 이 사건 병원 건물 1층 현관 앞 도로에서 ‘이 사건 병원 원장 원고에게 수술을 했는데 실명이 되었다.’, ‘10년 전부터 당뇨환자임을 알고 있었음에도 불구하고 78세 노모를 보호자도 없이 진료 당일 외상수술을 감행해 결국 실명을 하게 한 의사 원고는 반성하고 각성하라.’, ‘멀쩡한 눈 병신 만들어 놓고도 부족해서 경찰에 고발까지 하는 매정한 인간아, 환자가 돈으로 보이냐. 내 눈을 책임져라!’는 내용이 기재된 피켓 이하 '이 사건 피켓'이라 한다
