except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant is a person running a city bus B.

At around 13:50 on March 3, 2015, the Defendant stopped in order to get passengers on the road front of the urban bus stops located in a glass at the front of the city bus stops, which is located in the height of the city bus stops.

At this point, there is a bus stop in the opposite side of the bus driving direction, in which passengers waiting for buses at the bus stop often get out of the bus crossing the road, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to check whether a person driving the bus is crossing the road well by checking well the right and the right of the bus and the right and the right of the bus and to safely drive the bus.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the death of the victim from an emergency room of a university hospital of the single country, which is located in 201 in the south-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, dong-gu, where the victim was under a post-transmission treatment at around 16:48 of the same day due to the above occupational negligence.
