A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

At around 22:00 on November 30, 2012, the Defendant agreed to obtain a proposal from “D Party Mayor” located in Seoul, Hanam-si, Seoul, to “d Party Mayor” and, on November 30, 2012, the Defendant’s F inspection of the Defendant parked in front of the “D Party Mayor” around 23:40 on November 30, 2012, moved to E in the direction of Gangnam-gu Seoul, where the said car seller is waiting for 200,000 won as a car purchase price for E in the color XG car.
Around 23:55 on November 30, 2012, E had the Defendant stop the said car in the vicinity of the “National Bank” located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and received 200,000 won from the front of the said restaurant as the purchase price for the philopon from Ha to Ha. On December 1, 2012, at around 00:20, there was approximately 0.7 grams from G being waiting in advance in the J Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, the 1st-day injection and 3 of the 1st-time injection, including approximately 0.7 grams, from G being waiting in advance in the J Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, and as above, the Defendant and I sent 2.50,000 won to the purchase price for the philopon.
At around 00:30 on December 1, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed the instant car in operation near the J Station located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, in three protruding machines with each of 0.2g, 0.2g, 0.2g, and 0.3g, in which the Defendant purchased the instant philopon as above; (b) placed one disposable injection containing approximately 0.3g of the philopon; and (c) received one of the disposable injection containing approximately 0.2g of the philopon among them from the Defendant, namely, a fluor, a fluor.
