The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
The defendant did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the due period for submission of the grounds for appeal, the petition of appeal filed by the defendant does not contain any grounds for appeal, and no grounds for ex officio investigation can be found even after examining records.
Therefore, the defendant's appeal should be dismissed by decision pursuant to Article 361-4 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, but since it had already undergone pleadings, it is dismissed by judgment. It is so decided as per Disposition.
