1. The ruling of provisional disposition rendered on September 5, 2007 between the creditor and the debtor shall be approved by this court with respect to cases of provisional disposition for the suspension of the execution of duties by this court, 2007Ra266.
2. The debtor shall bear expenses incurred in filing an application.

The same shall apply to the order.

The provisional disposition decision mentioned in Paragraph (1) of this Article (hereinafter "the provisional disposition decision of this case") shall be revoked, and the creditor's application for provisional disposition shall be dismissed.
The court's explanation on the instant case is identical to the grounds for the instant provisional disposition, and thus, citing it as it is in accordance with Article 203-3 (2) of the Civil Execution Rule.
If so, the creditor's application for provisional disposition is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the approval of the provisional disposition of this case.
