A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as the representative director of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel C (ju), is an employer who runs a specialized construction business at the F construction site located in Chungcheongnam-gun E with 100 full-time workers, using 100 full-time workers.
When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and all other money and valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.
Provided, That the date may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties in extenuating circumstances.
Nevertheless, the Defendant is working in D from February 2, 2015 to July 1, 2016 (State) and is working in G workers G, including KRW 1,389,195.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not pay KRW 2,15,350 in total of KRW 2,415,80 and annual paid leave allowances of KRW 2,530,950,00 from January 2, 2015 to March 31, 2017, as well as KRW 2,415,350 in total, and annual paid leave allowances of KRW 2,415,80,00 in total, within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment date.
The defendant, in addition to this, is a list of annexed crimes.
