2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. On May 16, 2013, the Plaintiff undergone a comprehensive health examination at the Korea University Medical Center established by the Defendant’s Medical Center at the Korea University Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”). After receiving the comprehensive health examination from the medical personnel of the said hospital, the Plaintiff was diagnosed by the medical personnel of the said hospital as the high-level mixer’s high-level and high-speed and high-speed earer’s right ear, etc.

B. On May 23, 2013, the Plaintiff complained that small sounds are inside the left-hand ear, and was carried out a net optopy test (Pcent Audomry, PETA) at the outside of the Defendant hospital. As a result of the above examination, the Plaintiff’s optopy test was conducted 35dB (applicable to six minutes; hereinafter the same shall apply), the left-hand 51dB, and the medical personnel of the Defendant hospital diagnosed the Plaintiff that the left-hand ear’s optopy level is more severe to both sides.

다. 피고 병원 의료진은 원고에 대하여, 2013. 5. 30. 양측 귀의 이경화증(耳硬化症, Otosclerosis) 진단을 하고, 2013. 6. 1.부터 약물 치료를 시행하였다. 라.

As the medical personnel of Defendant Hospital did not show the Plaintiff’s incurable symptoms even during the medical treatment over a month period of approximately one month, on July 12, 2013, the medical personnel recommended the Plaintiff to provide a surgical treatment for the left-hand ear, and the Plaintiff was hospitalized at Defendant Hospital to undergo the surgery on July 21, 2013 with consent thereto.

마. 피고 병원 의료진은 2013. 7. 22. 원고의 좌측 귀에 대하여 국소마취를 한 후 천공기(Perforator)와 미세드릴(Skeeter Drill)로 등골족판(Stapes Foot Plate)을 절개하여 창을 내고, 지름 0.6mm , 길이 5.5mm 의 피스톤 와이어(Piston Wire)를 위 절개창에 삽입한 다음, 수용성 접착제와 나일론 패킹을 이용하여 봉합하는 방법으로 등골절개술(骨切開術, Stapedotomy, 이하 ‘이 사건 수술’이라 한다)을 시행하였는데, 당시 원고는 추골-침골 관절(Malleus-Incus Joint)이 느슨해져 있고, 등골(Stapes)이 불완전한 형성(Hypoplastic)을 보이며 깨져 있고, 등골족판이 딱딱해져...
