Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 200,000 won.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Punishment of the crime
No driver of any motor vehicle shall stop or park a motor vehicle at a place within 10 meters from the place where a pillar, board or line indicating a bus stop is installed or marked.
Nevertheless, at around 14:25 on April 19, 2014, the Defendant stopped B Kanchep vehicle at the 272 Incheon International Airport Passenger Terminal bus stops in front of 13 passenger bus stops in Jung-gu Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon.
