(a) The sum of each of the plaintiffs in the list of cited amounts and each of the above amounts.

A. The Plaintiffs are members of the National Democratic Union Trade Union (hereinafter “instant Trade Union”) who were employed by the Defendant and worked as street cleaners.

B. The Defendant concluded a collective agreement with the instant trade union (hereinafter “instant collective agreement”) and its main contents are as follows.

[Agreement on Group Negotiations of January 20, 2009] Article 21 (wages) (1) of the Act shall apply to the reference materials for the compilation of the personnel expenses for street cleanerss of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs during the relevant year, and shall be governed by a separate agreement when the above materials

[Written collective agreement of March 16, 2012] Article 17 (wages) of the wage is the same as reference materials for compilation of the budget for personnel expenses for street cleaners workers of the Ministry of the Interior in 2008 according to the calculation of the cost of cleaning agency expenses for the government of the relevant year.

except that Article 21 (Retirement Pay) of this Convention is excluded from the application of the provisions related to retirement pay.

Article 21 (Retirement Allowances) (1) Where a member of a company works for at least one year and retires, the average wage of 30 days for each year of service shall be paid as a retirement allowance.

(2) In cases of long-term workers, retirement allowances shall be paid in addition to the following retirement allowances:

1. The military service period of a person who has been in service for at least ten years shall be added to the number of years of service, and 10% of the amount calculated as retirement allowances under paragraph (1) shall

2. The period of military service of a person who has served for not less than five years but less than ten years shall be added to the number of years of continuous service, and one shall be paid after calculating the amount of retirement

Article 30 (Special Paid Leave) A company shall grant members special paid leave for any of the following subparagraphs or the period required therefor:

2. Lower-class leave: 4 days (Provided, That each 200,000 won shall be paid for the lower-class leave); and

Under the collective agreement of this case, “The Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs, which provided for the payment of wages paid by the Plaintiffs from the Defendant, as reference materials for compilation of the budget for personnel expenses of the Environmental Unified Institute.”
