A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Seized evidence No. 1 shall be forfeited from the defendant.
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the former husband of C (n, 48 years old), and is the father of D (n, 19 years old) and E (13 years old).
1. The Defendant committed on March 28, 2009 - around March 28, 2009 - around 06:00 on March 28, 2009, the Defendant sent money for gambling to the second floor victim C of the 2nd floor of the 2nd floor of the Yancheon-gu, Yancheon-gu, Yancheon-gu, and on the ground that he did not remit it to the victim, the Defendant sent the money for gambling to the Defendant’s designated account.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and received property by committing the victim.
3. On March 2017, 2017, the Defendant, who committed the instant crime - around 07:00, mid- to 07:00, and the victim C threatened the victim C to “at home flock, flick money, and flick money,” thereby receiving KRW 40,000 in cash from the victims of drinking flick money immediately.
4. A crime committed on May 8, 2017.
A. The Defendant, in violation of the Child Uniforms Act, reported from May 8, 2017 to 03:00 to 07:00, the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph 2, and even though the Defendant reported the victim E (13:) who is a child, he/she would die.

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of children.
B. A special intimidation Defendant reported to the police at around 07:00 on May 8, 2017 at the place described in the foregoing paragraph 2, and C without entering the house.
