1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 636,646,00 and the amount of KRW 636,646,00 from May 17, 2010 to December 21, 2017.
Reasons
1. The description of “the cause of the modified claim” is as shown in the [Attachment of Claim].
2. Defendants B, D, and E of the applicable provisions of Acts: Articles 208(3)2, 150(3), and 150(1) (a) of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment made by a person who is deemed as one of the parties) and C: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (a judgment made by service by public notice).
