1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a local government-invested public corporation established on March 26, 2008 for the purpose of acquiring, developing, reserving and supplying land for housing site development, lease management, etc. pursuant to the Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of Local Public Enterprises and A Urban Corporation.
The defendant served as the president from January 8, 2010 to March 16, 2011.
B. On June 11, 2010, the Plaintiff is a consortium consisting of Han Construction Co., Ltd., Han Investment Securities Co., Ltd., Kan Real Estate Trust Co., Ltd., Total Certified architect office construction Co., Ltd., Ltd., and penta C&D Co., Ltd. The purpose of this Convention is to provide for matters concerning the rights, obligations, duties, scope and roles of the Parties related to the project, management and operation of the SPC established for the implementation of the project, and matters concerning the implementation of this project, based on the project plan submitted by the “Korea-Libsium” selected as the subject of the preferential negotiation of the “Public Offering of Multi-Family Housing Development Projects” publicly recruited by the AA Urban Corporation.
