A. On May 1, 1999, the deceased AF (hereinafter “the deceased”) donated the Plaintiff on July 9, 200 the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”) owned by the deceased, and died on July 1, 200. As such, the Plaintiff and the deceased, together with the Plaintiff, are liable to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on the pertinent inheritance shares listed in the separate sheet No. 2 of the instant land among the instant land, for each of the instant inheritance shares listed in the separate sheet No. 2 of the inheritance shares. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 16095, May 1, 1999>

B. The Plaintiff’s claim against the above Defendants cannot be accepted on the ground that the Plaintiff was given a donation of the instant land from the Deceased on May 1, 1999 merely based on the records on the evidence No. 1 and the records on the evidence No. 1.

2. Determination as to claims against Defendant C, D, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, N, U, V, W, X, Y, Z, AB, and AC

A. The deceased, on May 1, 199, donated the land of this case owned by the deceased to the plaintiff on May 1, 199, and the deceased's death on July 9, 200, against the above Defendants, who are co-inheritors of the plaintiff, the donee, the remaining co-inheritors of the plaintiff on July 9, 200, the claim for the registration of ownership transfer based on each of the inheritance shares listed in the separate inheritance shares table as of May 1, 199.

(b) Claim against Defendant C, D, G, H, I, J, K, L, M, M, N, U, V, W, Y, Z, AB, and AC: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act) by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
