1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 as well as 15% per annum on May 31, 2019, and the next day to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts.
3. The portion claimed by more than 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment out of the claim for damages for delay pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019) on the statutory interest rate is dismissed.
