1. The Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 109,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 6, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff's claim indication amounting to KRW 20 million on February 24, 2006 against the defendant, KRW 20 million on March 9, 2006, KRW 19 million on March 27, 2006, KRW 19 million on March 31, 2006, KRW 19 million on March 31, 2006, KRW 70 million on May 4, 2006, KRW 1 million on August 12, 2006, deducted the remainder of each loan amounting to KRW 40 million paid by the defendant, and damages for delay from the day after the copy of the complaint was served.
