Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On March 27, 2016, the Defendant driven a BM3 car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front day of the “Seoul-dong apartment house” in the Sinsi-dong, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, Sinsi-si, 58, to the front day of the “Gu-gu Park” street.
